Research shows that this has been brought up before, just wondering who has been getting great service , price, and quality since the large amount of roof claims due to the hail storm. Anyone want to share recommendations for both Shingle and Metal? Got a decent quote with Andrews Roofing for shingle..not sure who to contact for metal. Also, I would like to do Hurricane strapping, expensive and a pain due to cutting away the plywood to get to the trusses...anyone also have experience with a great Roofing contractor to retrofit hurricane straps while re-roofing? Are the hurricane straps worth the cost to hopefully lower the Windstorm rate?...Need to check w/ Citizens to see what (if any discount I could get). Thanks in advance for any replies.
