How well will the fiscal foundation of the US hold up if Trump gets his way with the Federal Reserve? I'm pretty sure the current markets are climbing because Trump is pressing for a rate cut and is threatening to demote the Fed boss, most likely because he isn't doing what Trump wants.

Is Trump really this schooled in monetary policy or is this just more Trump being Trump?
