got to the beach about 6pm and had steady action fishing three rods with store bought dropper rigs and frozen yams.

got 5 "big" 13"+ whiting, a middle slot black drum, one keeper pompano, along with several short pomps, one which came as a double header with a short black drum.

the fish all seemed to be running through a little cut as the tide went out i could see it was about 8' wide and a good 1.5-2' deeper then the rest of the beach: a little fish highway.

I been doing best on the inside(south side) of the vilano rocks casting into the little novelty wave thats breaking there(which has looked fun at times!).

Also a buddy has done well further around by the old "porpise point" but I dont have 4WD so just hop over the rocks there.

Lots of short pomps but a few keepers, jax and AB I have been striking out.
