The peanut island wave is one of my favorite surfing memories. When it's 15' with on shore winds creating an unridable series of death ramps, the wave gets funneled through the inlet, cleaned up and breaks in well defined chest high swells that wrap around peanut island. It's amazing. I've surfed it twice. Everyone that was their on those days remembers it like I do. We all remind each other and we always look for those conditions again.
