All,
First and foremost, the guy is a stud, pioneer, seemingly good Dad and Husband and would love to hang out with him etc...I even bought his book a while ago. Unfortunately, I couldn't get through it. I'm a Surfer and Workout Guy (obviously not as his level) and was hoping to gain some insight into his routines, motivation, diet etc. Watched his recent appearance JRE Podcast also. Instead, it's a lot of talk about ice baths, weird food/not really food that could sustain an athlete, hocus pocus, snake oil kind of stuff. Guess he's trying to sell product but is it just me? Seriously, not trolling or hating...
