Pretty sure the vast majority of those poeple are talking about the "new normal" of sluggish/stagnant growth for our economy that Obama Pelosi referenced so often or maybe how many times you heard the phrase "those jobs aren't coming back" during our sentence under Obamanomics. Pretty sure that's what most are talking about but some could be referring to missing slavery or banning dancing or whatever else you mentioned.

The White House also issued similar guidance.

In other words, the people the president has tasked to fulfill his promise to "Make America Great Again" were supposed to stop using the slogan in official communications they make to promote their work as public officials.
