...the country that funded the 9-11 attackers.

Senate to vote on measures blocking Trump administration's weapons deal with Saudi Arabia

But the move sparked immediate blowback on Capitol Hill. Lawmakers in both parties have questioned the legitimacy of Pompeo's "emergency" declaration, and they argue that Saudi Arabia has become an unreliable ally, undeserving of U.S. weapons.

"Now is not the time to do business as usual with Saudi Arabia," Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., usually a staunch Trump ally, said earlier this month in announcing his support for blocking the arms sale.

We provide arms to Japan too. In case you weren't aware, they funded the attack on Pearl harbor. Can't say I give a damn one way or another, but Saudi is important in our disputes wit Iran.

The calculated murder of a free man is fine these days I see.

Trading nuclear secrets is fine too.

Thanks, good to know.

The country that just brutally murdered a journalist from the Washington Post, and committed numerous war crimes in Yemen.

A country that publicly beheads, by sword, dissidents, homosexuals, agnostics, adulterers, etc.

Senate rejects Saudi arms sales in rebuke to Trump

butt, Drumpf still has veto power, unless the Senators get 67 votes to override his veto, which looked unlikely after Thursday's votes. The first and second resolutions of disapproval passed 53-45 and a third vote covering the remaining 20 resolutions was 51-45.

Capitalism is based on the ridiculous notion that you can enjoy limitless growth in a closed, finite system.

In biology, such behavior of cells is called "cancer".
