I actually mixed up pictures from my last trip last year which the cherry blossoms bloomed when I was there, the party under the blooming was awesome!

waves are in Miyazaki or Kanagawa if you wanna take the chance of it being flat

not really creative lol, I keep this composition book filled with setups on ways to shoot, that ive talked to people on deviantART/POTN/Fred Meranda and used them in my own photography. its been turning out great.

More of  this is being built outside of Japan than within.

This really conventional photo should help show how good your eye and technique are.

That's the floor of a garden shelter, just a place to sit and enjoy the scene. The concrete-like material is typical.  Don't know how they make it.  It's in Asakusa, central Tokyo, Denbo-in temple, which was open for a week or two.

Here's the temple and pagoda:

Again, just snapshots with a little pocket camera.   It's amazing that this is in an incredibly busy tourist area, most of which was rebuilt after the terrible 1923 fire, then the 1945 bombings.  I suspect it's an area that sophisticated Tokyo residents wouldn't bother to visit.

not all into Tokyo, some of the pics above are from my trip to Tokyo from last year but this year I went straight to Sapporo where family lives. Ill dig through my facebook and find my Tokyo photos
