I am glad to be able to have had him as a friend. You may have seen him jamming guitar at sports page or other venues or surfing - fishing - etc.. http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/floridatoday/obituary.aspx?n=brian-esmond&pid=170658997&fhid=6346 Taken too early. |

Brian was one of the good guys, and he left us WAY too early. It was a genuine honor for me to call him a friend, and I will miss him. He was a talented musician, with a great passion for fishing and surfing. There is a paddle-out scheduled for this Saturday (4/19) at Seagull Park (Satellite Beach) immediately following his Life Celebration that is scheduled from 3-6pm at the Indian Harbour Beach Community Center. My prayers go out to his friends and family (especially to his young sons) that he leaves behind. RIP brother, you faced this ordeal with amazing courage and dignity! ------------------------- Surfing is my passion...obsesssion... addiction! Can't imagine life without it! |

Brian was a true gentleman. I never heard an ill word spoken of him. He was kind, compassionate, and a true gentleman. Sadly there are few people like that in the world today. Thank you for touching my life buddy. See you on the other side someday. RIP.

Damn, that sucks. I remember him playing up at Sports Page a bunch 10 yrs ago with Brian and Friends. I remember shortly after he was diagnosed and thought he had beaten it. He was a cool, mellow, and quite kinda guy, but a guy that a stranger could strike a genuine conversation up with and come away as a friend. Mahalo man. ------------------------- Where is Playalinda? |
