I'll check the two spots near my house at dawn that might break, but not confident anything will look good enough and I won't get home till 6pm to see the tide crest again.

Did I enjoy myself at the Dead (& Co.) show last night?

I can tell you, the answer is the same to both questions.

SSW breeze early.
Seeing semi-clean high tide warbles during my pre-dawn peek.
For me... prob gonna let tide drop some and let semi-offshres clean it up some more.
Still looking promising for late afternoon sesh.
Woot!

SatBe lots of fun. Mostly close-outs of doom but clean fast take offs and big waves in the shoulder high range. Mostly SSW winds making the lefts a good time.

Brother, when you get a minute, could I get a list of the words that trigger these fits?

Hey. Where are we going? (And what are we doing in a hand-basket?)

I paddled out last night for the first time in 3 months. Waves were phat with a full moon high tide but were fun. I didn't get to my feet due to bad knees but fun being out there regardless. Here's hoping we see favorable winds for the big swell coming! Everyone be safe! Yeah for weekend and cooler temps. 88F for March 1st is ridiculous. Skinning it this time of year should be outlawed! LOL.

Recovering to surfing level is pathetically slow at our increasing age. I hit the water after a four month recovery break about three weeks ago. Last night was the first time my arms didn't turn to dead squid tentacles half way through the session.
