I have notice in the Paradise beach area single white buoy(s) that appear to be where they were building the reefs, like reef markers you see in the Keys...but when surfing up at the most northern mid-reach reefs (1st ones built in Satty) I did not see any buoy markers...Question Are the white buoys actual reef location markers or just buoys left behind from the "Construction Zone" markers? Anyone?????...BTW a few weekends ago, it was flat and clear, Pelicans were going nuts around those white buoys which makes me think the reefs may be holding fish now...Mods move to fishing forum if ya' like..
