You didn't miss anything. Out on the beach getting exercise and looking for pieces of eight. Pretty sweet morning really.

Looks like things might get interesting around 3/21. End of January repeat? Fingers crossed, still over a week out.

It's still the worst winter ever.

I took out the log, which was a mistake; plenty to ride on the shorty. I just didn't want to walk home and back (carrying the 9-8). Stupid tourists gobbled up all the parking spots.

Everyone buy your wetsuits for next year and order a new board, ideally local. Lets purge the system while we're bottoming. No swells in the forecast per Freesurfs is not a good sign.

Wet winters seem to be the worst.

Screw you el nino!

I'm honestly surprised it hasn't been thumping, because I wouldn't have been able to go.

we would need a week straight of overhead offshore drainers to make up for this winter but could be fun tomorrow.... this is an odd but interesting fetch: surface winds...... hopefully tha low ramps up and moves slowly north

By Far worst Ive seen. Even if swell, hardly any beach would actually break. The beach I surfed always has not had a ridable wave in at least 6 months.

Should be good tomorrow afternoon. I've only surfed twice in the last 3 months which is the least I've surfed in that kind of time span in 8 years.

2012 was smokin. May 28 2012 tropical storm Beryl right off georgia/ north florida sent waves for 9 days straight with light off shore. Even the thigh high, glassy days were easily rideable.

It's good when there is a lull in the waves because the longer it last's, the closer the good swell get's to us and the better our odd's get.
