Orlando to San Jose from May 8th to June 20th for under $300 round trip . Time to start planning on an early summer trip

I paid $205 round trip for my surf trip back in March. Didn't realize that was a good price

$220 to$250 was the usual for a long time , then the price went up . Mid to upper $300's seems to be the new norm

They hit you for $150 for the board bag each way.

I got our tix from Orlando to Liberia for ~$220, leaving this Friday. I'm in the market for a new board, so I'm going to do the premium board rental while I'm there and ride a couple different kinds and save the $300 board bag fees AA charges.

How many stops on that flight? Do you get there the same day you leave?

1 stop in Miami for an hour and 45 min on the way there, then again on the way back for 3 or 4 hours.

But I was mistaken, it was $448 for the round trip. We booked a couple of months ago....or should I say Greg booked us...

That's still a good price , I see that AA flight for over $700 r/t most of the time. That's why I Jet Blue with Nature Air. Also see San Salvador flight for $250 on the dreaded Spirit Air

I fly out with the dreaded spirit for 125 plus 100 for boards. I fly back with jet blue for $220 plus 150 for boards bc they fly direct and they leave at 2:30 which means a serious morning session.

That's a big fat NOPE.....I love that board!

I rode a 6'2 Hayden Krypto the whole time I was there. It was a little squirrley compared to my Birch, but I got used to it. It never got above shoulder to head high so it was great to learn on, but I think I'm going a little bigger for the new stick.

For the addled, it seems there's cheap flights, possibly only for a day or so, to London, from which you can get to yummy Cornwall. Check anytime from now thru April. CR is so much more attractive. Of course an enterprising outfit in Newquay operates bodyboard tours to nice places like Central America.
