Couldn't that just be attributed to natural earth movements??
The planet is a living entity and change is constant.
Much more drastic changes have occurred without mans influence.

yes. The world changes at geological pace, over millions of years.
Humans are digging up and releasing the carbon that was sequestered over those millions of years in just a few decades.
