Any handyman can be licensed and insured, doesn't mean they know what they're doing, but I think most would soo... maybe you'd be fine with a handyman? For the plumbing, if an inspection is required then you'll need a plumber, but since it's a repair... maybe not. Has the location of the leak been determined?

My guesstimate is the cost is 1/2 day of labor for the plumbing and a full day for teh concrete repair and tile... so handyman cost is $200+ materials? Plumber would be $600+?

Anyways, I'd go with the recommendations if you can't find a good handyman. Also, how quick can you get someone to come out? I've always had trouble getting stuff like this done quick so my motto has been if you want it done quick and cheap you have to do it yourself.

I might be able to help you out. Where is the restaurant located and does it have to be fixed after hours?
