I'm disappointed that NASA TV won't show it.

F'in sick! Can't believe the boosters came back and hit their marks together. Fascinating is an understatement.

Does anyone know if the main booster landed on the drone?

I've read a few "derisive" comments about "Starman" and the Roadster elsewhere online.

But, let's be honest about it. Elon has a lot of Kubrick in him. The whole launch today was quite something to see (if/once you understood what you where seeing). The live feed of Starman is/was a performance that will not be topped any time soon.

Your comment is so stupid that you should be ashamed of yourself.

Nope, not butt hurt at all. Your comment was stupid and so was your reply.

I will play though ..... What was SpaceX's involvement in this issue you are so concerned about? Educate me.

90 percent awesome, though I would like to hear a breakdown of the center core loss.

Musk is a PR genius too. He seems to enjoy being whimsical.

"while they destroy whats within. "

I think Musk's Tesla electric cars, solar shingles and powerwalls are working to try and preserve what's within.

"The center core was only able to relight one of the three engines necessary to land, and so it hit the water at 300 miles per hour about 300 feet from the drone ship. As a result, two engines on the drone ship were taken out when it crashed, SpaceX CEO Elon Musk said in a press call after the rocket launch. "[It] was enough to take out two thrusters and shower the deck with shrapnel," he said."

At the risk of sounding like an idiot (this is NPNR be nice), is the car no longer inside any form of vehicle? What is keeping it righted and on course?
