Happy Pre-swell weekend and beyond,
So low voltage lighting boxes(the part that plugs into wall and distributes the low voltage wire) comes in different wattages. The one that I want is 300 watts. My question is how many lights can I run off the 300 watt unit. Some of the individual lights are 20 watts each. Does that mean I can add as many lights I want until I get to 300. In this case Im thinking I can add 15 lights. 20watts x 15 =300.
Is this assumption anywhere near accurate?
Thanks!!

I just replaced our landscape lighting and used the LED lights from Home Depot. The wattage consumption listed on the boxes was pretty accurate. Most of them are adjustable now (warm/soft/white) and it does change the bulbs consumption.

A company out of Tampa, Volt lighting, has exceptional product with lifetime guarantee. A little more expensive than the box stores, but the transformers are made with stainless steel cases, the light fixtures are brass or copper, and the lifetime guarantee speaks for itself. Exceptional product with some of the best costumer service I have experienced anywhere (place an order at 3pm and its shipped by 3:30), this is pro grade stuff I highly recommend...
