Otherwise, there are a couple good sites that review handheld GPS devices. Get an idea of what you like/want versus what you don't like/don't want (types of maps, satellite images, rechargeable batteries vs. AA etc.), and check out pricing on ebay where you can generally get very good used units for very reasonable prices.
