Yeah, I hope they don't have to go to the Cove/Neptune/Satellite Breeze/etc building; it seems cursed. There are a lot of restaurants for sale locally; it'd be nice if something opened up for them. Looks like a new Oyster bar is headed into the old Bunky's location in Satellite.
a lot of those buildings should be torn down and rebuilt those buildings are so damn old and aren't that "sound" we owned the golden chopsticks building and by 2000 that building was super rough.
That was issue #1.. The amount of work that would be needed to move in Neptunes. Pretty sure the furniture in there is from when Tootsy's closed... Just let that sink in for a minute!
