Hate to see any business close. I am sure I didn't help because I never went in once. I wonder if Rising Tide put them out I think that's the name of the latest expensive beer and burger place?

Grills seems to be always killing it. Rusty's seems to be fairly busy as well. I have never been in Fish lips but seems busy as well. Maybe the port cannot sustain that many places? I bet the building does not stay empty very long though.

What might fill a void in the port? Maybe a real steakhouse? Mexican?

True. Rising Tide probably took the higher end restaurant business and milliken's tried to be high end. It is a nice location, something will fill the need. Either that or another cruise ship bought the location to make another dock.

Millikens was a fun weekend party spot, but in the past 2-3 years or so the crowd got increasingly "townie" and trashy.......

F that place! Cracked peppercorn seared tuna cost me about 2K in dental work after I cracked a molar on a piece of non cracked pepper corn.

I lived coupla blocks from there for a number of years.
Why a high end, high dollar place would sponsor a rap, hiphop night and crowd was a mystery. Booming, achin loud gangsta ka ka noize til 3 am.....
Usually a sik hood dealer presence...most nights
good riddance

Not a huge loss in my book.  Food was meh and overpriced, nice building though.

A nice mexican place would be a good fit at the Port.  Grills alway is a winner, as is the Old Smokehouse.  They need something different.

Man that location is like the Flying Douchmen of restaurants.............I only remember terrible fried fish and old, chewy oysters from any establishment that was in that spot.....
