This is a very nice-looking board. Your first impression would be that it is pointy, thin and wide. It is extremely light. I surfed it in 2' waves at Lori Wilson. I'm 62 and 192 lbs.
If you're riding an 11' board and are looking for something new that carves like a shortboard and lets you stand outside and pick off the waves....for a price that won't break the bank...check out the pix.
five fin setup with the five fins + new Brusurf leash.
*****I'm now including a new carbon fiber paddle with a wood blade...cut to fit....price that at a nearby store!!!
dimensions: 9'2" x 31" x 4 3/16"
Here is a video of me trying out the board recently at Lori Wilson park: could I catch a small wave on the Brusurf 9'2"?
update: lowered price for board+5 fins+leash to $550

Looks like a really fun board. I find that 31" wide is the perfect width. How come you are selling? |

I have 4 Brusurf boards and planned on keeping the two that best fit me.
Mostly I'm riding their 8'11" board. It is much thicker. I seem to do better on that board between waves.
The 9'2" is definitely more like a traditional surfboard.
I also have 2 9'6" boards that I absolutely love for all conditions...but they are sluggish compared to the smaller boards, very stable, 33" wide!....the one I'm selling is a "Snapdragon", which is the Pink version...the most girly board I have seen!
I have attached a photo of me riding the orange version of the 9'6" board back in December. That board, I know anybody could ride in most any conditions in Florida, except victory at sea time.
If anyone wants the Orange Board, I will sell it for $600 with a paddle and leash...and I'll ride the girl board.
If you want to know more about the Snapdragon, I will post pix...it is brand new.
Every one of these boards perform more like a shortboard than a log.

Can you post up some more pics of the orange one? Is that the BruSurf Surfshred Bamboo? Where are you located?

I'm in Maitland, north of Orlando. I'm over at Cocoa Beach most weekends. I've sold the Snapdragon board. I'll sell my orange Surfshred as soon as I know I can replace it. I'll find out today
