I was being sarcastic in response to someone that got deleted.

It's a common theme among the Tea Party and a majority of the GOP candidates that the EPA should be eliminated.  Plus we've got Florida Congressmen pushing a bill to end Clean Water Act authority over the states (they're cosponsors with some coal and fracking country reps).  The Florida boys are pissed that Earth Justice won a suit against the EPA to force the EPA to enforce nutrient standards in Florida since DEP has failed miserably.  Governor Skeletor Assclown Scott is bent on gutting the shit out of DEP and the WMDs and the only way to stop the Feds from stepping in and enforcing the rules that DEP is legally bound to enforce is to strip the authority.  That's just what the Tea Party et al. are setting out to do.  So fracking in PA?  Sure why not.  Let the local government that was bought by the Kochs worry about it.  Here in FL with our Karst?  Shoot, let the local medical supply company resume dumping chromium in ponds that leak straight through the porus rock into the shallow aquifer.  Pollution is a liberal myth.
