Yes, Keyser I have stopped paying federal income tax.
I expect my taxable income will be low enough this year that I will pay zero in 2017.
I may once again pay, but I'll try not to as long as that asshole is in charge.

I am not leaving for a while, not sure where or if I am going yet.
