Watched Chris Wallace this morning. 

He (and to a lesser degree Brit Hume) certainly think this is not good for America and was very critical of Donnie Jr and the Trump clan's motives and handling of the events.

Fox News seems to be dividing into two factions.  Hannity and shills, and the normal folks who can't defend these actions any longer.

They have said all along that Trump is doing great things, why would they not want to back him?

He isn't the one that needs to come up with a health bill. Republicans in congress have blocked and hampered the ACA for years and years, it's their job to find a replacement.

Republicans wanted to ban Muslims, he did it.

Republicans want Mexicans out, Trump plans on doing that too.

Trump and Republicans are one in the same, if one goes down, they all should.

Trump vows to create a 350+ ship US Navy.

His pick for SecNav says basically - Ummm, probably not.

Looking at their base and wondering: "Russia good or Russia bad?".

Depends on how many are evangelicals who drank the cool-aid.

We need/can afford more big ship or more ships, but not both.
I think a dozen cruise missile equipped drone carriers will be a lot more bang for the buck than another Ford class and it's F-35s.

Yeah, I don't know what the right balance is but am open to refreshing our fleet and right-sizing to meet our threats - and let the numbers fall where they may. 

My point was that the Trump wings it and says whatever strokes his base without any consultation with reality.
