Painted a couple of rooms in our house while it was raining this weekend. I stopped at Sugar Shack in paint spattered cloths for a coffee red velvet cake doughnut on the way to Home Depot for another can of paint. People do sometimes go out in public in paint spattered clothing.

Did you know that they were meeting a realtor and that they were working on a property in the area as opposed to your suppositions?

Let's revisit how Miker and Jonny approached that Philadelpia Starbucks case. Miker and Jonny said those guys were being assholes and loitering after being asked to leave. They even question the guys' story about being their to meet a business associate. But the people that were there said that the guys asked for the bathroom key and then sat down and that was it. The people that were there said that a jogger came in and used the bathroom without buying anything. The people that were there said that multiple people were just hanging around for extended periods. The guy that was meeting them to talk about the property they were working on showed up in the video of them being escorted out. But Miker and Johnny just doubled right on down with the assumption that these guys made some kind of scene. But they always consider all the facts and a fair and balanced way.

As I mentioned to you in the thread where you posted this exact same thing, you are wrong to lump me in with Johnny as much of what you posted didn't apply to me. You are also now being temporally disingenuous as well.



I also made some posts about how it is wrong to always assume racism and about how people are no longer given the benefit of the doubt.

By the way, did you ever find out if the manager was actually racist? As more facts came out after the original posts, it sure seems like she had unconscious bias.

Don't play logical fallacy games with me Scombrid.

Witnesses said these two guys were singled out. Witnesses said a white jogger popped in, got the key, used the restroom, and then left without buying anything. Can't know for sure the motivation of the store manager. But we all know what that looks like; unless all the witness are lying for some reason. Not his job to make such judgments once called. They did their job.

If you want to go the route you are, then you need to correspond the timing of my posts with the timing of information as it came out and was generally known. The situation was fluid.
