The problem with left-wing movements isn't so much "the left-wing" as it is the "movements." Movements sometimes have a totalitarian edge that cannot abide dissent, or even a hint of it. They're "us" versus "them." In the case of left-wing movements, the "them" is often fellow Democrats.

I read it. Much ado about nothing. You either like a candidate or you don't. Votes settle it. Same thing happening in GOP. You either like Trump or you don't. Votes settle it.

Yea, Republicans stay lock step with Trump, even when he lies to the face of America on a daily basis or sets another executive order that puts the very heart of the country in peril.

Democrats have always been less willing to follow like sheep and that is a severe detriment in modern politics.
