In a proper free-market capitalist health care system there'd be no regulation and no subsidy. You get what healthcare you can afford and what insurance the companies are willing to sell you priced to your risk. This is the system we should have to give the TeaParty what is says it wants. Health care is not a right. Remember? You don't get a federal plan passed by Congress that "protects pre-existing conditions" and a free market health care system. You can't have both. If Fish Trump Killer wants Congress to force insurance or providers to "protect pre-existing conditions" then it needs to tell us how to pay for such protection.
