Because today in court a judge told Trump's boy and former national security advisor:

JUDGE SULLIVAN (TO MICHAEL FLYNN, IN COURT): This crime is very serious. You can't minimize that. You sold your country out.

Not related. I also refer often to Venezuela and Cuba. I routinely bring up these shit holes and California as living examples of what progs and their policies do to people in the real world. Just trying to stop the spread of ignorance.

Good. Keep me informed. The second I can afford anything in LaJolla with an actual kitchen for under a 2k mortgage payment, I'm there. With your tales of people leaving in droves, I expected this to happen already.

No need. Live in your car, like a lot of Californians do. You too can live the good life in California.

So California's progressive politics are responsible for the the extreme level of economic growth and wealth being created in California?
I mean if you aren't good enough to earn the big salaries that are paid there, then you go somewhere else, same goes for any of the blue state economic powerhouses that drive our economy. I love NY also, but I'm cheap and not so rich, so I live in a lower tier state.

Wow! It must be pretty desirable to live there if so many are willing to stay in their cars just to do so. The wealthy are getting into bidding wars for mansions out there:
Property Market on the West Coast

I do wish you were right, but unfortunately, it seems right now a lot of people of all walks desire to be in California.

Can someone explain how supply and demand works for pricing to Tpap. He seems to confuse cause with effect.

No, not all walks of life. The rich, poor and illegal immigrants are doing alright there. The middle class is getting slaughtered. Thus, they are moving out in droves. So are the businesses. The problem will be that the rich are starting to move out too. Why pay millions in taxes to California when you can pay nothing in Texas or Florida. Most rich folks are not stupid. At the moment, a few hundred thousand are paying for millions of poor. When those few hundred thousand have had enough, watch out. See what's happening in Conn. for example. The rich there have had enough and that state is in deep trouble. Rich flee Conn.

Yep. It is important. Some dems are voting for socialists who tout a philosophy that has been proven not to work time after time. Someone needs to educate these people, lest they lead us to a Venezuelan, Cuban, or soon-to-be Californian disaster.

Important that you can't tell the difference between Venezuela and California?

If you are attempting to make yourself look more intelligent, it ain't working.

California has moved from the 8th to the 5th largest economy in the world. Good job California.
