Donald "Don't Blame Me!" Trump's negotiating style is pretty much a known pattern - be all NY dick like, say a bunch of stupid stuff, make some threats that really can't be executed, then accept what is offered, give it a new name, spike the ball and claim victory and then pat yourself on the back while telling people how awesome you are. Nope, Mexico isn't paying for the wall, and nope a real Gov't shutdown won't happen...A partial one may, but only for the optics and it will only last a few days.
