It absolutely was. But, it raised taxes on the wealthy, which is exactly what you progs want. So Trump gave progs one of their cherished dreams - soak the rich. And what happens when you raise taxes? The economy is hurt. There it is, right before your eyes. Even Cuomo admits it. Will this evidence matter to progs? No it won't. Why not? Progs are some kind of stupid.
