At least three counts, Trump exaggerated his net worth by over $2 billion to get loans from Deutsche Bank:
http://thehill.com/homenews/ad...llion-to-trump-report Also, of course: Late in 2017, Trump waived punishment for Deutsche Bank, which has also been fined for its role in a Russian money laundering scheme. http://www.ibtimes.com/politic...luding-deutsche-which Does bank fraud take a back seat to paying off prostitutes and buying the news during an election, using a charity to pay for personal items and legal fees totaling more than $250k, and tax evasion? |

Lies and guilty, but - -
- - the bank still agreed in 2005 to lend Trump more than $500 million for the project. And - - Nonetheless, the bank approved both that loan and another loan of $48 million for the same Chicago skyscraper he had secured a loan for in 2005. So, how stupid is the bank ??? - - - - go get a loan, doesn't really matter if you "over exaggerate" or not. ------------------------- Who is Keyser Soze? |

We'd have to know how much the bank made laundering Russian mob money.
Bankers generally aren't stupid, and if you've worked with Germans you'll agree they tend to be a bit... serious. ------------------------- Capitalism is based on the ridiculous notion that you can enjoy limitless growth in a closed, finite system. In biology, such behavior of cells is called "cancer". |

The bank is in trouble because they made poor lending decisions i.e. they were stupid to loan money to someone who mostly fails. ------------------------- QOP = Terrorists FK = Gay |

There are people doing long stints in prison for falsifying their income and wealth on mortgage loan applications, even for credit card applications.
And it's usually worse if they conspired with the lender, which is obviously what happened here. Edited: 03/19/2019 at 12:53 PM by 3rdworldlover |

I'll add it to the list alright - my list of dummies.
BTW, I will once again try to save you guys from still further embarrassment. When Trump was trying to get a loan from the bank to build a skyscraper in Chicago, he reportedly said his net worth was $3 billion. The bank, however, reportedly concluded that he was worth about $788 million.
That, my friends, is not bank fraud.

Which one? He and his boy Jared are ass deep in debt to Chinese banks. In addition to the germans, he owes russians big time.
These are just the most obvious. Lord loofah has been covered in illegal scams and filth his entire life. ------------------------- It's a democratic hoax |

Speculation out there that this implicates Justice Kennedy's son.
He worked for the bank and directly with Trump. |
