When you challenge AOC to come talk to miners in your district...

And she accepts...

Pussy.

AOC is a fighter and makes a hell of a point. More power to her.

I agree Rusty, what a pussy.

She's not afraid to talk to workers, that's why she's so dangerous to the establishment (both Dem and Pug).

Awww, our progs have a new hero. I suspect she will go the way of Cindy Sheehan and Michael Avenatti. Has anyone else noticed that prog heroes usually come to a bad end? I sure am glad they detest me.

You can smell the fear. No wonder they "report" on her everyday with their "updates."

doubt it has anything to do with fear. just an easy scapegoat to use as an example of 'crazy' progressives to stir up the base

Rusty is a conservative now? Doubt it. Or are my eyes deceiving me and Rusty did not start this thread? Like I am fond of saying, progs can't get anything right. In any case, I am certainly wary of stupidity. And Ocasio has that in spades.

It's funny when pugs pull a power stunt and get burned. This peckerwood thought he could intimidate her, and when she squared off with him he went limp.

As far as Faux, their obsession is proven. They mention her 76 times a day.

@Riddle - if AOC "scares you as much as trump", makes me wonder what you stand for.

Silly to suggest that AOC is "polarizing and nutzo". That's pretty ugly against a youthful Democratic Congresswoman who seems to be the only one who is proposing anything at all to improve the material situation of working people.

Was I mistaken in thinking you were a Democrat?

comment had nothing to do with age, gender, or ethnicity. many democrats dont support her. many democrats arent progressives. hardly unique to me, not sure why that is so shocking

It's the future of your party. You can't win without them.
The kids are critical of capitalism (and rightly so) and pissed that no one is taking environmental disaster seriously.

You can't win on being "not trump". Either they build a coalition with the left wing or keep losing.

disagree, someone like aoc would guarantee trumps second term. aoc needs to come down to earth and find a little more reason. she also needs to work on how she comes across. all this should come with maturity and experience, but she aint there yet. i will reevaluate when she grows. it is the more far left progressives that need to shift away from the edges, not the other way 'round

AOC will bring extra voters to the fore that didn't show for Hillary. The people that voted for Hillary will be there for Joe or Bernie. It's the people that like someone like AOC that could push this well past the MAGAs weak arthritic claws.

When I was a teenager, many of my fellow baby boomers were critical of capitalism. We are now, according to Greensleeves, all old, white, male conservatives. In other words, most of the current youth will be disabused of such nonsense with the accumulation of experience and wisdom. Most youth don't know their asses from a hole in the ground.

That's mighty condescending. I think she's a gift to your party; more people like her and I might consider joining.

But as far as who's going to move, you're already a 1950's Republican. The kids are going to fight the good fight, not move to the right.

condescending? wow nothing condescending about it at all. giving you my honest opinion. simply my truth about her. sorry you dont agree with it or like it, but since when is honest discourse and condescension the same thing? just because you dont like what i have to say? speaking of being condescending, maybe not cast stones at other people bro
