the house will not start the impeachment process.

We know the facts. They are in the report. So, what is this about? A reason for more squawking by dems. Here is how it will go down. Mueller will testify. Though there will be nothing of import beyond what we already know, the usual suspects will cry for impeachment for a week or two. Then it will die down once again until those same usual suspects will cry for impeachment over some other supposed grave offense, such as Trump getting a haircut. It is all pretty predictable. Very few people care about or listen to this routine anymore.
