This could be a new and unprecedented low in the history of our nation's legislative branch by way of a circus side show, and a harbinger of a new federal order. My fear is that our Constitution may not fair well through the day's events. Imagine, an established successful government irrevocably altered by way of a circus side show. Leftist strategy number 1 isn't it? Which part of our Constitution is in danger of not surviving? Article II |

However it is now fact that Trump committed crimes. He will be charged when he leaves office in 2020. |

trump says the Mueller report exonerated him, Mueller says it didn't. Who is lying?
------------------------- "I remember South Africa in the late 70's, sleeping on the beach at J-bay, smoking ganja with the blacks. On weekends we'd go to the pub in East London to drink beer and fight with the Afrikaners. They liked to fight, I liked to fight. It was a good time" |

House Judiciary Committee Ranking Member Rep. Doug Collins, R-Ga., focused his questions on the former Special Counsel's findings that the investigation did not establish any conspiracy between President Trump and Russia. Collins asked Mueller if "conspiracy" and "collusion" were colloquially the same thing, and Mueller said no. Collins then quoted Mueller's own report, which indicated otherwise.
"As defined in legal dictionaries, collusion is largely synonymous with conspiracy as that crime is set forth in the general federal conspiracy statute," Collins read from the report. "Now, you said you chose your words carefully. Are you contradicting your report right now?" "Not when I read it," Mueller replied, prompting Collins to ask, "So you would change your answer to yes?" "No, no, the uh, if you look at the language," Mueller said before trailing off. Collins pressed further, saying, "I'm reading your report sir. It's a yes or no answer." Mueller asked for the page number of the report, then stammered before saying he would "leave it with the report." When Collins stated that the report says that the terms "collusion" and "conspiracy" are synonymous, Mueller said, "Yes." ------------------------- Romans 8;18-32 John 3;16-18 |

When Collins stated that the report says that the terms "collusion" and "conspiracy" are synonymous, Mueller said, "Yes." Wow he got Mueller to stumble. Bravo. Meanwhile you are overlooking every single time he agreed that the President committed obstruction of Justice with "substantial evidence". Why? Because you do not want Trump to be guilty and you want to discredit the Special Counsel. As well as the multiple times he stated that the report does not exonerate the President as the Prez and GOP states it does. Why? Disregarding facts, that's why. Creating a false narrative... "If Trump was not president he could be indicted." Mueller: TRUE Edited: 07/24/2019 at 08:07 AM by HAPDigital |

trump says the Mueller report exonerated him, Mueller says it didn't. Who is lying? Neither. Exonerate can be used as a legal term or a nonlegal term. On the legal side, prosecutors do not exonerate anyone. They either prosecute or don't. Thus, Mueller was absolutely correct in saying that his report did not exonerate anyone in the legal sense. The report, however, didn't find that Trump had committed crimes, which is what this entire thing was about. Thus he was exonerated in the nonlegal sense. He too was correct. False ^^ "If Trump was not president he could be indicted." Mueller: TRUE Edited: 07/24/2019 at 08:09 AM by HAPDigital |

"The reason, again, that you did not indict Donald Trump is because of OLC opiion stating that you cannot indict a sitting president. Correct? Mueller: That is correct.

What's the loaded question? The question that says Trump is a criminal and obstructed justice which it states in the report? How many ways and how many times can they ask this question and get the answer before they agree to believe the answer and truth that Trump committed multiple crimes based on obstruction? The conclusion is Senate is failing to do its job and impeach. They'd rather discredit a war hero special counsel that was appointed by themselves, the gop.

Ummmm, , , , before the Senate can try and then convict, the House must first indict (impeach).

Ummmm, , , , before the Senate can try and then convict, the House must first indict (impeach). But they know it will lead to GOP Senate not convicting. The point of this hearing is for it to be known Trump committed crimes but the Senate is overlooking it and looking for something else that is not the issue. GOP Senate is misleading the public. So is the AG. No collusion and no obstruction is a lie Edited: 07/24/2019 at 08:44 AM by HAPDigital |
