They water 3,4,5 days a week, all year long, even in the dry season when we are supposedly under 1-day-per-week restrictions. .... A lot of this has to be miscommunication......... They may not know............I don't get any notifications on water restrictions......where are the notifications coming from and how are they transmitted???........ Would you have to watch a local news channel to hear this? Seriously, who notifies the people and how do you know the people are getting the notification. Radio? used only on the way to and from work and no other time... ... If they don't see it on the one or two www.web sites they visit, they may never know......... You also don't hear about fertilizer restrictions until you go to buy some and the retailer says No Can Do.... -------------------------
