All this talk about quid pro quo, or squid pro rowe or whatever.
It is extorsion. High Crimes and Misdemeanors: Obstruction of Justice Extorsion Collaboration with Foreign governments to influence election ( treason) Gross incompetence Falsifying information Tax fraud Attempting to defraud Unfit for office ( mentally) Using office for personal gain Gross nepotism ------------------------- So if you are a surfer I wish you the prosperity that allows you more time to pursue the salt water dream, and the true happiness that comes from warm water, clean waves and the companionship of your fellow surfers. I think the meandering reasons go with the evolving defenses. It's not good optics for the GOP but they got this far because they couldn't see their daily acquiescence get to this point where a perfect quid pro quo for a foreign country to investigate your political adversary is the not a crime, not impeachable but they can generously admit that it was bad. Cowards.
