In all fairness, Nixon did have some good foreign policy skills. He and his China policies were monumental. His fear and arrogance is what got him in the end. Ironic that Nixon and Trump are using some of the same taking points when it comes to impeachment, though.

Next time an elected representative is caught extorting a foreign government to force an "investigation" of a US citizen, and then obstructs an investigation into that behavior by refusing to testify, hiding information, and blocking others from testifying, she should be removed from office, regardless of party.

Well Jimmy J., then the president should have been running a real investigation into Ukraine corruption via CIA and such. But nope, he ran his investigation through Guliani, Mongo, and Johnny No Thumbs and removed an ambassador that had been going after the worst of the super corrupt pro-Russian oligarchs.
