James Clapper clearly lied to Congress under oath when he stated that the NSA was not spying on unknowing American citizens. That's just a fact. So, why does perjury only matter when certain people do it? Why is perjury only relevant when certain people say it is? People on the Trump team have been put in prison for years for lying to the authorities. The authorities who put them behind bars are many times guilty of the same crimes they are. Sure doesn't look like justice for all to me.
