Once again, because you're wrong and old, originalism was the basis to remove the right to an abortion under well settled precedent. Originalism would not allow these same hypocritical Justices to overrule Roe on the basis that no such right was actually and specifically stated in the Constitution and yet find such a right to presidential immunity in the same constitution, which also says nothing about such a novel and recent immunity. The Nixon case did NOT use originalism as the basis of their civil liability immunity.
