Please visit the website for more information. It is located in a quiet beach village on the Pacific Ocean and it is near a surf beach called El Palmar which has nice small waves on a daily basis. It is about 3.5 hours from Pedasi and Playa Venao which is famous for surfing and tuna fishing. It is close to modern shopping, restaurants and a community of retired expats from north America and Europe. Plenty of young entrepreneurs from the states and surfers.

Gardeners/surfers look at the many lipstick palms throughout the yard.

it is about two hundred feet to beach entrance. we have shown pictures of the entrance wall with local tags and graphics. It is a great surf beach with extremely long rights. It is about an hour from Tocumen International and Panama City depending on time and traffic.

possibly why don't you pm me with the specifics. It would require renting during off season which is May through October. The high season can begin as early as November and leases are usually written prior to November.
