SIMSUP sounds like an oxymoron... PM some pics I hadn't even considered it as an option... reserving judgment til I see it.  thx

Go check out Windansea Boardshop in Cocoa Beach. They just opened up. They stock Joe Bauguess surfboards. Joe is the one that developed the whole mini Simmons shape. They are the original real deal. If nothing else, go look at one. Nothing like the boards that pass off as Mini Simmons from other builders. Eric is the owner of the shop and seems to be a good guy!

I stopped in to windansea today, and spoke with the owner, Erik. Really cool shop. The best part is the indoor mini half-pipe in the back! He's got a nice selection of Baugess mini-simmons', SUPs, and longboards.

They JUST opened up - last Monday. I don't know what was there before. It's in the same strip/complex as Bagel World Cafe.

His min-simmons were certainly different than most of the simmons inspired shapes you see. Super, super, short, thick, and wide, with a step decked nose like you would see on an old school longboard. He had his personal board there which was a super short 4'11 and a demo that I think was a 5'2

If they are Bauguess, they are the original mini simmons.
