pretty much a pipe dream but i rly like the 5'9 v2 . im like 5'10 mid upper 140s  and wondering what conditions (if it works for me in the first place) it'd favor . been surfin for 15+ years. my current board is a 5'10 18.75 like 1.88  lost 80s design that needs at least some push to really get working well. thanks for your time!

Thanks for your interest. The V2 is a performance board and the Domestcated version has the same shape but more volume for the non-grom surfer. With its compact shape it should be good in the pocket and the float will help get through the soft spots. From the board dimensions you described this one should be easy to transition to. If you are riding an older design you'll probably be stoked with the shape and new technology. LOST has come a long way since the 80s! I'm happy to meet for you too look at it.

sounds great . i shuda specified--its a lost proto II (i believe) "80s model" . haven't found anything about it after a bit of lax looking. has to be at least mid late 2000s. shits fun.

Two good boards. The V2 performance shape with enhanced volume for the weekend warrior and the sub-scorcher that has more thickness but is also performance orientated and is nicer than the pic looks and a steal at $200.
