Saw that one coming. They've been almost indistinguishable from Steep&Cheap for close to a year now. Selling the same stuff. They are owned by the same entity so not too surprising. Outdoor gear sales have a much larger client base than surf/skate gear does. Oh well...It was fun while it lasted.

Got a pair of Costas for cheap!

Only real price cuts I see are in the wetsuits. The wetsuits seems to be even cheaper than they normally are (full suits only)

Everything else seems to be the same price that it's been for last few weeks. Doesn't look like they're doing a clearance.

Yeah, they said the old login will work on the new site. It's really just the same company anyways (pretty sure). They just seem to be consolidating their websites down to cost less in overhead/site maintenance. 

Backcountry has been rearranging for quite a while.

In other retail news, one of Backcountry's competitors, Moosejaw, has been purchased by Walmart.  

Hmmmmm, not "prime" models or colors, but their deals on Costas are great.
