Appears to be the "standard" variset template of the time. 9 inches with a 5 1/2 inch base.

The white colorations are from duct tape. It seems that the fin was at a time taped to a board.

The tip is worn done from being dragged in the sand.

The front screw tab has been repaired. Looks like a crack started on the top and went in about 3/16 of an inch. Looks perfectly servicable.
