went to the inlet about 1030 on saturday to let the grom play in the tide pool and look around. Netted about 6 mojarra/croaker in along the rocks and got bites on every bait at the mouth of the pool, landed one snook, and my lady pulled the hook on three(she has yet to get a snook and wants to "do it all by herself") so mainly let her fish and tried to help with positioning of her bait.
Got one fat mangrove and a lost a bait to a thump. Was surprised to get some action given all the snorklers down there probably 200 people in the pool, but I had a blast! Wanted to go back that night for some real catch and release action but was too tired LOL. ------------------------- I troll 2L.com to be a better person in real life |

We gave Ft Peirce inlet a try and the water in the inlet was so nasty we didn't stick around. It's looking like the whole IRL is screwed.
Stuart didn't look much better. ------------------------- I was right. Edited: 08/05/2018 at 08:53 AM by Cole |
