The showed up this week at the central streets (CCB). Not big, but okay numbers. Margates too.

They were getting them of fish bites, so bait might really work well.

I went 2 days ago. Lots of sand fleas to be had but just whiting, sheephead and small drum. I think water too dirty still. Water seems warm though. Larry Finch (possibly most famous Pompano fisherman in FL) says they are up near Daytona.

As of Saturday, there were still some in CCB. I skipped one out while surfing.

I heard there were some under the Spanish Macks at the port too.

Saw a couple caught at the inlet today. I guess they are around, just scattered throughout the county. Not like they were a few weeks ago. I was limiting out almost every other day.

I can never pin down the beach snooking, Im always drawn to the rocky areas and deep troughs down south but dont do too good there either!

Brent R has it dialed in, on live and lures. The ones I have caught were basically on the shore if that help at all.

Four keepers, that's worth the effort.

There has been a pretty consistent bite south of Sebastian. Good sized fish too.

A friend did good on some solid Pomps at a south Brevard beach.

Blues ate everything I had in 30 minutes off of Slater Way last night.
