Seems the mullet are showing on the beach and the flounder are making their way in from the ocean.

Been getting a few nice ones off the jetty rocks in NEFL, been skipping the live bait and using white gulps on jigheads

Yep... been getting them too. I just use artificials inshore... been getting them on either a Slayer SST paddle tail on a weedless hook or rootbeer/chartreuse DOA curly tail grub on a 1/8" jighead (I mostly just fish skinny water in my kayak) depending on water color/clarity.... gulps definitely work, I'm just over using those nasty things (still have a few bags of shrimp I got when they were on super sale to use though)

I have better luck with them at the port, if the water is clean wading and casting along the south side of the jetty could be good!
