Anyone know what this is and also have a remedy?   It only appears on older/ lower fronds.    I dont see an actual insect but maybe skeletonizer.   looks like a brown fluffy fungus.   Thnaks in advance for any help

I was thinking that or gizzard crickets. We had a big flush of gizzard crickets after the storm and they left similar residue.
