I'm new to having a mango tree, just trying to understand if I need to fertilize it towards the end of winter. It's about 8 ft tall and in the ground at my new house, seems pretty well established and healthy. Figured I would check in with the mango gurus here.

Don't do anything to it during the winter. They're native to dry season climate, and staying dry until mid May is fine with them. |

yup, good advice, don't water or fertilize this time of year. Best time to fertilize is after fruit drop during summer time rains. Which is illegal in brevard now. LOL.
Mango bloom this time of year. None of mine have yet. My Glenn just sitting there. Something will trigger it soon though. |
