Trough in the west has to move off into Esatern Pacific...then a ridge will(should) build in over west coast/western midwest allowing trough to set up on east coast.
Blocking up near Greenland should come back first week of March. NAO and AO also look to be going back negative...
Feels like forever we've been stuck in this $&@! pattern. The last couple of years, this ridge keeps dominating the weather more and more persistently. It is really mucking with the program here in SFL. The surf sucks and the constant wind bump ruins the fishing and diving too.
